Anyone given this a whirl? Sounds kind of gross, but I’m going to try it if I see a red-robin. I think there is one here in the twin cities somewhere.http://foodbeast.com/content/2012/09/11 ... offerings/
Sounds good to me
I’ve tried a stout shake - to me the raw materials alone are better than the final product. YMMV
Curious, but not something I’d go out of my way for. Now if it was made with Paulaner Ofest, I’d be stopping at Red Robin on my way home tonight…
At the Wis. State fair this year there were a couple places that offered a beer float. I tried it with the Lakefront fuel cafe, because I thought the coffee and chocolate flavors would work. All I will say is “Been there, done that, don’t need to do it again”. Similar to the deep fried butter or chocolate covered bacon on a stick, the sum is not greater than the parts.
