Ok to bottle?

I brewed a pale ale two weeks and 3 days ago. It stopped fermenting 4 days ago. By that I mean Ive had the same gravity reading for 4 days. Its ok to move to bottles at this point right? I dont usually secondary. I leave the beer on the cake for another week after fermentation stops, but I have another beer that needs the secondary space to add cocoa nibs. I need another bucket for this kind of situation…
