I’m thinking about brewing a bitter this weekend and using one of the new new zealand hop varities stores are carrying for a small aroma addition and a small dry hop addition.
Has anyone used these hops?

Can’t think of a single reason for you not to try it.
I’ve used some NZ hops in my bitter and my Burton ale on occasion with very good results.
