Me went looking for hops friday. For my sat brew session. Did not know had soarachi ace hops left. Now i know some say it taste like dill. But when i do brew. Lemon grass ale. It brings out the. Soarachi ace hops. So my plan was a pale ale. Did use. Soarachi ace. Hops. Magnum for bitterening. Simcoe and soarachi ace. 30 min. 15 min soarachi ace. 10min soarachi ace. 5 min soarchi ace. Total ibu. 90. Might be to much or taste great.
