Northern Brewer's Superstructure IPA extract

I am curious what others think about the NB superstructure IPA extract ? It is advertised as a proprietary blend of 2 row, Maris Otter, and light crystal. I am planning to make a series of small batch single hop IPA’s. I normally do all grain however I am considering this extract to keep these batches simple.

Well I cant help you on the ss extract but I can tell you that NB gold did fine with single hop profiles. I would give ss a try. Being “all grain brewers” doesn’t mean we cant use extract.
