Northdown vs Northern Brewer

I’m brewing a London Pride clone that calls for northdown hops.
My local shop didn’t have northdown, so I substituted northern brewer.
Can anyone tell me how comparable these two varieties are?

Thanks for the feedback. That sounds promising.

Fuller’s website says that they use Target, Challenger, and Northdown - which is what my recipe called for (Target for bittering; Challenger and Northdown for flavoring). Next time, I plan to order Northdown from NB since my guy doesn’t carry it.
