Anyone have an all grain version of this beer or can figure it out? Maybe 50/50 Marris Otter and American 2-row till you hit the OG when combined with the listed specialty grains or just American with a little Light Munich as the base?
I was thinking about this also. I would just go with the 50/50 Maris otter, 2-row blend in place of the extract. The description for the superstructure extract says that there is some crystal malt too, but I wouldn’t worry about that because of all of the other specialty grains.
