Does anyone have any experience using the nocturnal blend in an english mild?
I haven’t used it, but looking at the reviews, it seems perfect for a dark mild. Looks like a pound makes a dark brown wort. I would add a half pound of crystal malt too, so that there is enough body.
Something in the lighter lov? like 20 or 60?
I like the crystal malt to be somewhere between 50-90L in my milds
