New to All Grain .. Please help!

I agree, with the idea that not 100% of the fermentables are from mashing. PM also allows extract Brewers without the required equipment to brew beers they may not otherwise be able to brew. Although now extract companies are producing far better and different extracts than when I started (Maris otter, Munich, rye).
