Mine are to be more attentive to my yeast, experimenting with at least 6 new strains, and to go all-grain.
What strains?
My Brewyears resolution is to perfect a few basic house style recipes. I’m pretty close on a Pale Ale, Bitter, Red Ale, Scottish Ale and California Common. But I need some work on Stouts and Porters. Just started designing recipes last year so really working on perfecting a few of them that I’ve already done a few times.
Me too, but I keep finding new recipes that I want to try and never get around to repeating many very often!
I know exactly what you mean. To answer the previous question I’ve just finished using wlp’s German/kolsch yeast and next I’m brewing an imperial red with no idea what I’ll use. After that I’ll probably make a lambic using 3278. I want to make a Belgian dark but have no idea what yeast to use for that… and I’ll build from there.
To continue my saying “this to shall be beer”.

I’m going to finally brew a lager, and also nail down a set of house recipes. And break my last year’s brewing record (which is always my goal!)
What was the brewing record if you don’t mind? I also just started doing lagers. Got another month or two of lagering my first pilsner.
