Yeah you could do that, though if you have the means I would probably secondary it, at least for a couple months. In my experience, beer tends to condition faster when it’s done in bulk plus you won’t have the temptation to start licking on them before they’re properly aged in the bottle.

I wouldn’t let it sit in the primary for any longer then 4 weeks, give or take depending on if there is still activity going on.
Just like Glug Master suggested, rack it into a secondary. Try to forget about it for a few months. You avoid temptation and by the time you bottle and give into to the power of the beer it will have aged nicely.
