I was at Disney World’s Epcot this week and tried Hovels Original Bitterbier at Germantown. Some websites say it is an Amber style (great help there) but one said it was an Alt style. has anyone ever tried it, I can’t find a clone but was wondering if the alt recipe at NB is similar? Thanks Cool J
I apologize for the necro, but I’m in the same boat. Description says it’s 4 different malts and it has a moderate hop note. I’ve done a lot of net searching and also haven’t found anything to help. I’m not looking for an exact clone, but a base recipe to make my own.
