I currently have the NB Brickwarmer Holiday Red all grain in the secondary, but I’m already regretting a recipe without mega hops. I love hops. Any suggestions on a good dry hop to add to this recipe to “hop” it up? Would this then fit into the category of RPA? I do have some Cascade hops waiting for the next IPA batch, perhaps they would be a nice addition to the Red…?

Update: I decided to go with the Cascade hops for dry hopping. I’ll let you know how it turns out.
