NB American Wheat, want to add honey

Hey, it’s your beer, you can do anything you want :smiley: . I make a crystal wheat flavored with fruit each year, and I don’t care if it “should” be cloudy or not. But when I’m brewing a Bavarian weissbier, I work hard to make sure it stays cloudy.

Wheat beers are weird beasts. For the vast majority of beers out there, I am a fan of taking it very slow and giving the beer plenty of time to mature. Some wheat beers may be the exception, and you might want some of those “green” flavor.

Short answer, it all depends on what you are looking for.
