Anyone used this malt? I just saw it in the LHBS. It was 1.5L vs the 3.0L of the regular MO. I bought 10lb just to give it a try. I figure it will work like a standard 2-row, not sure it will have the distinctive character of the MO pale ale kilned version. I’m a sucker for trying new stuff though.
I would assume the same. Interested in hearing your thoughts after sampling.
