Has anybody ever tried mixing different yeasts in one beer?
I have not(in a beer) but chris white talks about it in his book yeast. there not too much variation in flavor supposedly but he says you can get the attenuation of one yeast while getting the flavor of another.
Lots of times. I’ve blended my own & there’s a lot of commercial blends out there as well.
