What’s the point with multiple dry hop like in the off the topper recipe? It’s dry hop for 4 days with half the hops then 4 more days with the other half.
Some claim it gives you bigger hop aroma doing multiple dry hop edition 4 days half and other half on day five but is unproven that it does for home brewers with carboy and buckets I always add them all at once. In my opinion is pointless to do 1/2 the hops for four day and other half from experience doing side by side beers dry hoping all at once and doing a multiple edition. All the multiple edition does is put you at risk for oxidation.
