I’m doing a clone of Stone Sublimely Self Righteous; target OG is ~1.090. I’m using 11.5g packets of US-05 and Mr. Malty says I should only use two packets. Does that sound right?
Seems low to me.
Why does it seem low?
Use 3 if you want, but I didn’t see it as necessary, especially if you rehydrate (better survival).
Two packs is more than plenty for any 5-gallon size batch.
