Luckily it was not in my beer. I was fortunate to obtain a chest freezer and i added a temp controller to use for a fermentation chamber. All went well for about 3 weeks, then MOLD! I checked, and it’s on the carboy, blowoff and inside the freezer, but the beer was luckily not affected. I’m guessing it’s due to the condensation. What do others do to combat this? I’m thinking some kind of vent fan, but how? What is a common setup?
