Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast

I would like to attempt a beer like Mikkeller Beer Geek Breakfast. I did find a recipe which is apparently from the guys at Mikkeller but it was in metric. So I did my conversion and would like some input on the recipe below. I don’t have experience deviating from brewing books and NB kits, so I’m a bit worried. The specialty grains to base malt appear a bit high to me. What do you think?

I forgot to include cold pressed coffee in secondary.

Mikkeller is very giving with their recipes. I have their recipe for Black Hole and I also felt that the specialty to base ratio was very high, But the beer was fantastic. I say give it a go, as is.

Thanks that’s good to know. I’m going to give it a try here shortly, as soon as my EPA is finished making a starter.

How did it go with this recipe? Also, how did you prepare and
add the coffee?
