It’s cold as ballz up here in NE. I brew in my unheated garage. Is it okay to microwave LME? To get it nice and hot before dumping into the kettle? Cover off of course and 30-45 seconds at a time so it doesn’t burn or boil.
Yes, also submerging it in hot water will warm it up. But if it’s cold as ballz, the microwave is probably the way to go.
