Would these work together in an IPA. Medusa is very melon-y but I’m not sure it would clash with Cascade or not?
Centennial for bittering.
Don’t bitter with centennial. That’s a waste IMO. Never used medusa, but it seems as if that flavor and aroma should merry well with the citrus and grapefruit qualities of cascade and centennial. If possible, I’d use magnum, warrior, or Columbus for bittering.
I agree. I also find that most melon hops play best with others. Maybe just my preference but that’s my experience.
