I have brewed a pumpkin ale several times which calls for the following fermentables. If I drop the. 1/4# of Crystal 60L and make it up with another 1/4# of the 40L, will there be a perceivable difference in flavor?

I don’t think you would notice a difference.
I agree not much difference, maybe 1 out of 100 people could taste the difference.
Thanks guys. That’s sort of what I was thinking. It makes a lot more sense to order and use a full pound of the 40L.
