Making ag honey pale ale

After talking to a chef, I’ve kinda decided I want to put tge honey into the primary once fermentation is already going strong.

Id like to hear some other thoughts on it though.
I’ve never used honey or any adjunct sugar type stuff.

Will just note it is really hard to get honey flavor out of honey since it is so fermentable. Often it’ll just dry the beer out a bit which can be nice. If you are looking for a honey flavor check out honey malt but be warned it is quite potent.

I kinda wondered about that too.
Id been considering putting a little honey into the keg too.

Its a 10 gallon batch
1lb in the fermenter and a half pound in each keg?
should I keep it to a tablespoon or two in the keg?
