So im making a beer to hand out with gifts this year for the holidays and I would like to use some local honey and hops I have (and just call it Hoppy Holidays or some junk). However, I need some help with the recipe. Would like to make a pale ale that’s good for all people… not just hop heads (like I usually do). I have honey, Nugget Hops, Cascade and some centennial (don’t mind going out and buy others if I have too). Thoughts? Anything basic out there? Thanks for your help everyone!
