I make most of my house brews in the 50’s. I like beers in the 60-80’s but they aren’t something you can drink a couple of.
I know what you mean, I have to have at least three.
it’s always good to have a mix of beers in the 50s and stronger ones in the 70-80s.
Right now we have a pale ale around 1.050 and a rye pale ale and black pale ale around 1.070 all on tap.
The bigger the beer the better for me. SWMBO might tend to not agree :shock:
