(Less Than) Evil Twin?

When it came time to brew this beer yesterday I could not find the Victory that I bought at my LHBS. I’m guessing it got left in the store somehow. Based on my research it says that it provides a nutty flavor.

I realize that I still made beer, but how much different will this be? It still seems like it will be a great beer.

Thoughts?

IMO, the flavor contribution from the victory malt isn’t really “nutty” but more like “crackery” or “toasty.” And I wouldn’t want it in that beer, anyway.
