Leftover Hops

Just made a batch of the Plinian Double IPA and I have some leftover Simcoe hops. I placed them in a ziploc bag. Is there a proper way to store hops?

Vacuum sealed and frozen (or cold). Ideally with CO2 or nitrogen.

In lieu of that, just keep 'em cold and get as much air out of the bag as possible. The AA’s and other volatile oils do degrade over time when exposed to air. Some hops degrade faster than others.
