What is the most you have ever mashed in a sankey keg? I have a recipe for 36 lbs but I am a little apprehensive. I also am not thrilled with the idea doing two mashes. I know I have had 32 lbs before but am wondering if 36 will mork. Using mostly munich and pilsner

According to “can I mash this”, 36lb @ 1.25qt/lb need just over 14 gallons of space.
So if you are using a false bottom you may need to drop to 1qt/lb.
