Lager Fermenting But It Is Getting Warm

So I have a pre-prohibition lager in my secondary. Have had it in my basement for about 3 weeks. Hoping to let it go for a month, but the temperature is rising because of this crazy weather we are having. I have been keeping it at 55, but it increased to 59. Am I better off bottling now, or giving it another week at the higher temperature?

How long was it in primary and at what temperature?
I would think that you could go either way and end up okay after three weeks in secondary at 55.
