Lactose Sugars

Anyone use this for anything besides milk stouts? I’ve got an 90 Shilling Clone recipe that I’d like to manipulate with a creamier flavor and was thinking about using lactose to do it. Newbie shot at creativity… help please.

I made a double amber one time and used powdered lactose. I upped the hops quite a bit to balance out the added sweetness. You could also try a dextrin malt to give it more mouthfeel.
