Krizen in primary

After 2 weeks in the primary my pale ale still has a krizen head, should I wait to move it to the secondary?

Rock the fermenter a bit and the krausen should break up a bit. Give it a day or two to settle out, take a gravity reading to be sure and then transfer

Thanks, Still a burp out of the airlock every 5 mins or so. I diddn’t notice that before. Yeast is still working I guess!??

Could just be co2 coming out. Gravity reading is the only way to know if it is done
