i recently got back from Kona, Hawaii. one of the memorable brews i had there was at the, Kona Brewing Company–Lemongrass Luau. when i got back home in california, i did a search to see if it was available anywhere. no luck. the best i found was an all grains recipe.
i was wondering if somebody can help derive an extract recipe for me, as that is all the facilities and equipment i have available.
