Kitchen sink brew

I just finished brewing an English Brown Ale and i have a whole bunch of leftover specialty grain. I was planning on just throwing all my leftover grain into one batch before it gets stale.
I have 1/2 lb medium crystal malt, 3/4 lb Chocolate malt and 3/4 lb black malt.
I was going to use these with 6 lbs light LME
Just wondering if anyone could tell me what type of yeast would work best with this
also, if anyone knows what type of ale this would be considered
much appreciated : )

i would go with an english ale yeast. maybe another brown?
