I want a kegerator with 2 nice taps that can hold 2 cornys (ball) and a 5 pound tank (or 10 pound) and a regulator.
Can pretty much any kegerator fit the 2 cornies and co2 tank?
Any suggested makes and models? I currently keep my kegs in a keezer, but I want to add a kegerator to the library so I can walk ever shorter distances to get drunk.
I am not averse to building one from a mini-fridge, so if you know of a current model of mini-fridge that makes for a great project, please share that info.
Thanks for any suggestions.
Kegerator = Keezer???
The old standby for mini fridges was the Sanyo 4.9cf. Of course they discontinued it. Many builds on the net for a 4.4cu fridge.
If you don’t want to cut the top for a tower, any 5+ cf freezer should do the trick. Make some cut outs of your kegs and head to the box stores.
I bought this one and love it. I upgraded to Perlicks and a dual guage regulator. It works great and keeps the beer very cold.

That one looks perfect CDN, thanks for the tip.
Oh, you wanted suggestions on commercial kegerators. :shock:
Any one that has 2 faucet will be holding 2, 7.5g commercial kegs. Which are slightly larger than a 5g corney.
Even a single faucet that holds a 15g keg will hold 2 corneys. You can change the tower out or use a picnic tap.
