Just A Little Thin?

I had recently brewed up several Mr Beer kits I bought from a garage sale. I tossed the booster and brought the ABV to 5-5.3% with DME, added hops in a short 15-20 min boil for flavoring/aroma, and used US-05 that I calculated how much to pitch by the gal as I made 1 a 2.5 gal batch and the other two I made into 1.8 gal batches. This ended up being 6.1 gals. I just did a dry pitch - no rehydrating.

Is this enough of an under pitch to even give it any off flavors? And if so what flavor would it likely give them?

With out doing a cell count you never know if you have to much or not enough.

I doubt you will have any issues or off flavors.
