I tried to brew something similar to a kriek and it came out alright but I wouldn’t call it a kriek. It was a kettle soured cherry saison. A kriek needs to be barrel aged an soured for a time which I don’t have the patience for. Do you have some red wine barrels I’ve heard they work well.
