1 oz Cascade, FWH

2 lbs malted rye

Looks like Cascades are a bit too aggressive for the style, but we’ve approached a German Wheat/Rye Dunkelweizen. Hallertau would bring it within style if anyone is interested (not suggesting that you should be).

I think I’m gonna sub Hallertau for Cascade, reduce the grain/OG a bit, and brew this up!

Add .25# Choco. Rye to that.
