Irish Red

I’m going to be making a Irish Red and I have both winsor and nottingham danstar yeast. Which one is better for the style? Thanks

Between the 2 yeast choices It’s Notty for me.
My favorite yeast to use in an IRA is Irish ale yeast. Yep go figure.

I’m sure it’s fine. Just because airlock activity has stopped doesn’t mean it’s “stuck”. It has probably just slowed down a bit. Don’t worry the yeast is still doing it’s job. If you’re using a bucket with lid resist the urge to open it and look inside. Just relax and wait a week or two.
