Irish red final gravity

the og for this recipe is 1.4…I just moved to secondary with a final gravity of 1.1. Is this right on schedule?

in case anyone wants to know for future reference…I called northern brewer and they told me that 1.08-1.11 is an acceptable final gravity reading for the irish red kit.

Sounds fine, I would only suggest that you might not need to rack to secondary at all. Just let it ferment for two weeks and bottle. But you got 75% attenuation, which is pretty normal for a lot of yeasts. And a 1.010 FG for an Irish red is a good result, thats a fairly dry beer style.
