I wanted to brew something last night and was in a rush so I didn’t really put a lot of thought into this one. Not sure if its an IPA or Imperial IPA or even if it will be any good. For 1-gallon batch (yes, I know I’m weird)
Steeping Grains:
0.2lb Carapils
0.1lb Victory
Extract Malt:
1.0lb Golden Light DME
0.68lb Pilsen LME (Late addition boil, 15minutes)
0.2lb Corn Sugar (Late Addition boil, 15 minutes)
Hops:
Bittering: Magnum (0.2oz)
Flavor: Cascade (0.1oz), Medusa (0.2oz), Centennial (0.2oz) - 15minutes
Cascade (0.1oz), Medusa (0.2oz), Centennial (0.2oz) - Flameout
Medusa (0.2oz), Cascade (0.2oz) - Dry Hop 7 days.
Yeast: Safale S-05
Pitch at 64F, hold at 64-67F for 7 days, 70-72 for 14 days.
