I brewed something fairly on the interesting side, An american wheat base adding orange zest, lime zest, to the boil. I fermented with wyeast bavarian wheat strain, then added passion fruit juice to the secondary. Caught what seems to be a brett from the fresh fruit juice even though I boiled it. It turned out fairly good, the body kind of drops off suddenly. Probably needs more time to age, I think it might sour as well may turn out to be a great beer in a few months.
added red food coloring to it, tried to model the additions after the “hurricane” patty o breins. just added a touch of challanger for bittering addition.
