[attachment=0]20130704_121834.jpg[/attachment]I was getting ready to move my 8 week old wheat wine into secondary when I noticed a chalky/bubbly skin on the surface. It has been hot in my apartment this week (80+) and I wondered if there was a possibility it was just yeast that had risen on escaping co2 or if this is a genuine infection and needs dumped. Thoughts?
