Important factors in water report

Am I correct that the important factors of a water report are Calcium (Ca+2), Magnesium (Mg+2), Bicarbonate (HCO3-1), Sodium (Na+1), Chloride (Cl-1) and Sulfate (SO4-2) levels? Anything else I should be looking for?

Alkalinity is the biggie.

Also FYI you can find Alkalinity if you have HCO3 and vice versa via the rule of 1.22
My utility only reports Alkalinity so I find HCO3 by multiplying the current (ALk)62 x 1.22 = 75.64/76 (HCO3)
So If you only had (HCO3) 76 / 1.22 = 62.29/62(Alk)
