Yesterday I brewed a ten gallon batch of Kama Citra IPA. I should have added 4oz of citra hops at flame out but I only added 2oz
Can I just toss them in the fermentor now?
Wait til fermentation is done then dry hop with them. You’ll get more out of them that way than you would have at flameout.
