They did it to me too… I order unmilled ( I have a Mega Mill ) and the pick ticket says unmilled but they sent me crushed… wtf!

Call’em. If it was NB, they’ll apologize up and down and send new for free. At least that’s been my experience.

+1 I bought a 1/4" ball valve that was missing the ring for the check valve. Called and explained, had a new valve in a few days.

NBs customer service is top notch. I had a recent order that included hops and it wasn’t in the package. They sent the hops in 2 days along with a new beer glass. There is a different thread elsewhere on this forum about their prices, but when you figure in the reduced shipping costs they offer, it is competitive. I still try to do most of my business with my local HBS, but they don’t carry everything.
