Got my first all grain equipment yesterday. Bought a 10 gal mash/lauter tun and a hot liquor tank from a home brew store owner. It was his equip before he got stainless steel vessels. Lookin forward to my 1st batch this weekend. Going to brew the ak47 pale ale kit from NB. Great info in here!

Well, my NB kit didn’t come in until today so I made a hoppy one I found out on the intertube. Mashing and sparging wasn’t nearly as complicated as I made it out to be. :o Here’s what I made on Sat. I’m interested in trying the citra hops as I’ve not used them before.

That looks like a Zombie clone to me, Or at least close.
Recipe looks good. It will make a very nice IPA.
Yup, I’d say it looks VERY similar to a Zombie Dust clone. It will be delicious, unless you ferment way too high
