How to "dress up" a True Brew amber?

I have a pretty old True Brew amber kit. It’s so old that it would obviously need some new yeast.

Anyway, if I could pick some brains, any thoughts on what kind of yeast or specialty grains I could add to make it similar to this?

Check out this article. You may decide that you can’t get there from where you are. The extract recipes are towards the end of the article.

I’ll read up on that. I figure I might as well brew that kit sooner or later. I’m not expecting miracles or anything like that.
