It’s between 7-8% (I’ll measure for final number before i bottle)

One thing to note, the temperature it asks you should be the highest temperature it reaches AFTER active fermentation.

Yes I used that for the beers I make…not sure which beer style i would choose for a pumpkin beer?
Probably not too spritzy, kind of like an amber ale. I’d go for 2.2-2.4 volumes.

I went with 2.4 volumes…4.75 ounces of table sugar for my batch and it came out with good carbonation for style, delish!
