How long to let it ferment

I made a magic hat clone that called for a lot of grain. It was almost like oatmeal while cooking it. It has been fermenting for almost 2 weeks and I don’t know if this is an irregular length of time. I don’t have the beginning sg with me but I remember the alc% was 8% on hydrometer. Sg is now at 1.2 and I still see bubbles on the test tube. It has been fermenting at about 70 degrees.
Should I let it go till .999 or should I start to keg and bottle. It’s a 15 gallon batch.

Let it go at least three weeks in the fermentor.
You may be reading the hydrometer incorrectly. The % alcohol scale is really only used in wine making.
